Most eLearning is linear – slides are sequential and the learner moves from slide to slide. However, there is much more that can be done with a creative storyboard and storylines branching capabilities. Learning hubs that take the learner down the path they choose, story adventures where the learner has to complete steps before moving on, logic programmed into the training to lock out certain areas of the training based on pre-test results. Don’t settle for linear courses again.
Client requested a “cartoon, like Spongebob” kind of look and feel. This is their “final exam” for making sure they understand the steps to complete a transaction. Interactions are evaluated, and performance with the client and the service manager is evaluated and has repercussions during future interactions.
